  Starter Kit
With the starter kit, beginning quillers will find that quilling is about as easy to learn and fun to do as a craft can get. Fifteen designs are included, ranging from simple flowers on a gift tag to an elaborate floral wreath. Quilling paper in three widths plus metallic quill trim and the patterns and instructions for fifteen designs are included in this kit. It also contains both a needle and slotted quilling tool, cork workboard , glue, ruler, quilling chart and material for the gift tags, card and gift bags.
